CUISINE: Our food is gorgeous at Bon Vivant Villa. Our chefs have been trained in some of the top restaurants in NYC and Europe. We serve fish that is caught that morning by local fisherman and now have our own vegetable gardens. Guests eat from farm to table and ocean to table. We make all our own homemade bread, homemade desserts and various other delectable dishes from scratch. Our luscious vegetable garden is included in all of our meals. The garden is about 10,000 square feet full of local vegetables and fruit. We look forward to having you and your guests come to BVV and making whatever dishes you all like. We welcome guests to ask the chef for specific favorites, even bringing down their own cut out recipes or trying new selections from the Chef’s selection. Guests and their children sometimes have cooking sessions with the chefs to make everything from cookies to pizzas. We welcome gourmands of all kinds at Bon Vivant and are quite sure you will find delight in the food.
GARDENS: We grow a vegetable garden that spreads over 10,000 square feet. We eat from this garden daily and have the following fruit trees planted:
